#18. Reading a good book
One of the other classes I'm taking this semester is Children's Literature. It's the humanities course I have to take for my Nursing Prerequisites. I've struggled a little with this class but one great thing is that we have to read 2 books a week and write a short summary of each book.
It's nice being "forced" to read. I have read some really good books in the 4 weeks I've been in this class. Ones that I probably wouldn't have touched if it weren't for this class.
I don't know about you, but its hard to find time to read when you have kids! I have to read every available second. On my lunch break, while I pump, on my bus ride home, while Quinn sleeps, while Quinn nurses (except a lot of times the book distracts her, so I can only do it if she's falling asleep). I take every opportunity!!
