*Dirt. he loves to play in it. He takes his toy tractors or monster trucks and digs and gets dirty. He could care less about what the weather's like. So I sit out there and die of heat stroke while he happily gets filthy.
*Sea creatures. Especially killer whales (Shamu), sharks and dolphins.Last year we went to Seaworld with Brian's family and he loved Shamu. His cousin won a giant stuffed Shamu at the arcade and gave it to Hayden. It has remained his favorite stuffed animal, or stuffed "fish" as Hayden always corrects me. "Shamu not an animal Mommy! He a fish!" I know, he's really a whale...we'll explain that to Hayden later.
Brian and I went to Seaworld again with my sister Tawnya back in April. Hayden just loved looking at all of the sea creatures. Tawnya loves fish as well, and it was her first time there so both of them were in heaven the entire time.
* His Aunt Tawnya. My sister has always been the favorite of all the little kids. How could she not be? She's so good with them and she's so much fun! Hayden is a little different though because he lives in the same house as her. When she's home, he's her little shadow...she doesn't even get a break when she uses the bathroom!!
*"Baby Sister", aka Quinn. He adores her. He loves to maul her. Its a good thing Quinn isn't tiny and delicate. She actually seems to like it.
*Swimming. He loves the water and shows no fear of it, which is a little scary for me! Last summer we had to fight him to wear floaties but this year he puts them on and kicks around all by himself!
*Church, especially nursery. We have 8:00am church but he will wake up and get ready with no arguement when we tell him where we are going.
*Sweets. This kid loves his sugar! Often, at dinner time we have to fight him to eat his dinner because he wants candy instead! He seems to like mint flavored candy, andes mints and york peppermint patties. He loves his Grandma Baggiore's chocolate chip cookies (At least they're homemade right?). My mom has to keep them on hand because I guess when she's run out there has been tantrums as a result. He especially loves icecream. Right now he's on an icecream sandwich kick.
*Monster trucks. Tawnya took him to a monster truck jam for his birthday and he was in heaven! He really likes anything that goes, cars (racecars especially), trains, monster trucks, tractors, airplanes...you name it!
