Since it's New Year's Eve, I decided to summarize my year by listing the 8 best things that happened this year, and the 8 worst things.

We'll start out with the worst things, so we can end on a happy note!
1. Number one is kind of a secret right now, I'll get back to you on that one :)
2. My car caught fire in June, definitely not a memory I'll look back on with fondness...
3. Looking for a new car...I have decided I never want to do that again.
4. Ugh, the economy! blech!
5. My dislocated tailbone
6. Dealing with deaths in the family (and the death of the Prophet as well)
7.Having to put both kittys outside because they were peeing in the house...that was one of the hardest things I had to do
8. My kitty Ares running off shortly after we put them outside.

Now for the 8 best things that happened in 2008
1. Of course number 1. is Hayden Neal Locksa being born.
2. Watching Hayden grow up, being there when he learned to roll over, sit up, crawl, clap, EVERYTHING. I love being a mom!
3. Going with Brian's family to California.
4. All the time I've spent with my mom, getting her advice and sharing parenting stories...we've always been close, but it's cool that we have more in common now!
5. Spending practically every weekend with Brandon and Tawnya, playing rock band, eating junk food, drinking caffeine! Great fun!
6. Spending lunch with Rachel, talking about marraige, and future plans, talking for waaay to long and going back to work late :)
7. Learning how to be a parent along with Brian.
8. The new ward that we are in, I love it! It's the best ward we've been in so far!
